NAGOYA, Japan – August 26, 2025- The “2025 International SparkLink Japan Industry Forum – Prospects and Implementation of New Short-Range Wireless Communication,” hosted by the International SparkLink Alliance (iSLA), officially opened today in Nagoya, Japan. The forum brought together over a hundred experts from Japanese industrial and academic circles, as well as representatives from iSLA member organizations, for in-depth discussions on the commercial achievements of SparkLink technology and the development of its industrial ecosystem.

The forum commenced with a welcome address by Mr. Yasuhiro Kondo, CEO of AZAPA Co., Ltd. He stated, “SparkLink technology will bring new development opportunities to various fields in Japan, including smart manufacturing and in-vehicle electronics.”

During the technology demonstration and demo experience session, SparkLink technology showcased multiple innovative applications in smart homes, consumer electronics, and smart vehicles, highlighting its core advantages of “low latency, high reliability, and extensive connectivity,” demonstrating its capability to reshape future intelligent living.
Witnessing the Establishment of SparkLink Japan and the Signing Ceremony Ushers in a New Chapter of Cooperation
During the forum, the official establishment of SparkLink Japan was announced. Representatives from SEEKINK witnessed the establishment ceremony and participated in the signing of an MOU, marking the company’s collaboration with the SparkLink alliance into a new international phase. SparkLink Japan will serve as a key vehicle for promoting SparkLink technology in Japan, accelerating the construction of a globally synergistic industrial ecosystem.
The establishment ceremony of SparkLink Japan and the MOU signing session became the highlight of the event. SparkLink Japan and the International SparkLink Alliance, as well as AZAPA with SEEKINK and INGEEK, respectively, reached in-depth cooperation agreements through signing. These collaborations not only reflect the confidence in the future development of SparkLink technology but also, through the platform of SparkLink Japan, enable Japanese companies to engage more closely with the global SparkLink ecosystem, jointly promoting the widespread application of SparkLink technology in smart homes, intelligent terminals, smart vehicles, and other fields.
Technical Highlights: Empowering Multiple Scenarios, Innovating Lifestyles
This year, SparkLink’s achievements in the smart terminal sector were particularly notable. In the demo area, the “connected charm” of SparkLink technology was evident.
Beyond breaking protocol barriers in smart homes and elevating user experiences in smart terminal products, SparkLink also achieved a groundbreaking application in the smart vehicle sector with the implementation of a “digital car key.”
Among the showcases, SEEKINK presented integrated solutions combining E-Paper and SparkLink technology. Highlighting the green and efficient characteristics of E-Paper—such as wire-free operation, continuous display with zero power consumption, and one-touch refresh—the solutions emphasized “wireless connectivity, real-time updates, and ultra-low power consumption.” These are applicable in various fields including electronic shelf labels (ESL), smart office, and smart retail, contributing to low-carbon digital construction.
